Proposed Ohio Turnpike Commission Ohio Revised Code Revisions

The following proposed revisions to Ohio Revised Code sections 163.06, 307.202, 505.69, 717.01, 4981.04, 4981.033, 5537.01, 5537.03, 5537.05, 5537.07, 5537.13, 5537.17, 5537.21, 5537.24, 5537.26, and 5537.28 would authorize the Ohio Turnpike Commission to additionally engage in public railway turnpike provision and administration.
